Plan a Visit.

Walk the oak grove. Stand in the meadow. See how the afternoon light comes through the barn doors. Thirty minutes on the property answers questions that months of online research can't.

What happens on a walkthrough.

Step 01

We meet at the gate.

One of us — usually Janet — will be there to open the drive and walk you in. No sales team, no assistant. The person who runs the venue.

Step 02

We walk both barns.

Both ceremony spaces, both bridal suites, the catering areas. If you're considering one barn, we'll show you both anyway — it usually makes the decision easier.

Step 03

We answer every question.

Pricing, availability, vendor logistics, what that corner is for, whether the hill is a problem for elderly guests — nothing is off limits. Bring a list if it helps.

Step 04

You go home and sleep on it.

No deposit on tour day, no limited-time offer. If it feels right, we'll send a contract. If it doesn't, no hard feelings — Hill Country has good venues.

"We want you to know what you're saying yes to before you say it."

Most venue tours are sales presentations with a script. Ours is a walk around the property with the people who own it. Come with your photographer if you want. Come with your mother if that helps. We'll answer every question, show you every corner, and let the place speak for itself.
